The OBD2 Scanner Oscillator frequency is 24mhz.
The product is not PIC18F25K80, it support ATPPS commands and can be used with FORSCAN, but it does not guarantee that all functions on this software can be used. (FORSCAN is a software specially used to change some ECU parameters of Ford cars.)
